India's Ministry of Railways has taken to social media to post, "In response to the incident of stone-throwing at train number 15553 Bhagalpur-Jaynagar Express by miscreants, the railway authorities have promptly taken action by identifying the accused and registering a case under various sections.
Everyone is requested to immediately inform the railway authorities about such anti-social elements".
