Post-Training Opportunities: After completing the training, 10th grade pass women can work as LIC agents, and those with a Bachelor's degree can take up the role of a Development Officer.
Performance Criteria: Women will need to sell a minimum number of policies every year, and 65% of these policies must remain active in the following years.
