Chhattisgarh cabinet expansion today

As many as nine MLAs of the ruling BJP are to take oath of office and secrecy for the Vishnu Deo Sai cabinet in Chhattisgarh. The ceremony is being organized at the Raj Bhawan at around 11.45 am today. Governor Vishwabhushan Harichandan is to administer oath to Ministers today.

It has been confirmed that among the names who are to be administered oath today includes Brijmohan Agrawal, Ram Vichar Netam, Dayaldas Baghel, Kedar Kashyap, Lakhanlal Dewangan, Shyam Behari Jayaswal, OP Chaudhary, Tank Ram Verma and Lakshmi Rajwade.

While there was curiosity about the first time MLA OP Chaudhary to see if he is made a Minister because he emerges as favourite of the BJP top brass.Another interesting fact is that Tank Ram Verma, who used to be Personal Assistant of the former Minister Kedar Kashyap, is to be administered oath of office and secrecy alongside his boss today.

So far Chhattisgarh has seen oath of office and secrecy for Vishnu Deo Sai as CM besides Arun Sao and Vijay Sharma as Deputy CMs.  The Chhattisgarh cabinet in all can have 13 Ministers including Chief Minister.
