**Youth Congress President Uday Bhan Visits Family of Incarcerated MLA Devendra Yadav, Claims Political Vendetta by BJP Government**
In a show of solidarity, Youth Congress National President Uday Bhan visited the family of incarcerated MLA Devendra Yadav, who is currently held in Raipur Jail in connection with the Balodabazar violence case. Uday Bhan met with Devendra Yadav’s mother, Pushpa Yadav, his wife, Shrutika Yadav, and elder brother, Dharmendra Yadav, to offer support and reassurance of his release.
Speaking to the media, Uday Bhan criticized the BJP government, stating that the actions against MLA Devendra Yadav were motivated by political vendetta due to his popularity and growing influence. He emphasized that despite more than 60 days in custody, the police have been unable to present concrete evidence or file charges against Yadav, which he said reflects the baseless nature of the case.
During the visit, MLA Yadav’s mother presented Uday Bhan with a copy of the Constitution, symbolizing their faith in justice and due process. Former Madhya Pradesh MLA Vipin Wankhede, along with Youth Congress National General Secretary Coco Padhi and several state Youth Congress officials, were also present to show their support for Yadav’s family.
