As the Election Commission is set to announce poll schedule for five states including Madhya Pradesh, Minister Vishwas Sarang has reiterated that his party will win with more than 150 seats this time.
Reacting to the poll bugle to be blown by noon today, he said, “BJP will fight the elections with complete preparation. A very successful model of the double-engine government has been established in Madhya Pradesh under PM Modi’s leadership. MP is a state which is developing very fast…We will win more than 150 seats this time…”.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has been the benign face of the saffron party in the state since after 2005 barring an 18-month period till 2020 when Congress was in power.
It need be mentioned that BJP has not projected Shivraj Singh Chouhan as its CM face from the party and fielded a number of party stalwarts into the legislative election signaling a shift in strategy.
