Shocking Revelation in Etah: Police Arrest Suspect in Woman's Murder Linked to Her Daughter
In a shocking revelation, the police in Etah have arrested a suspect in the recent murder of a woman found dead in a millet field. The 42-year-old victim was discovered lifeless in the field last Sunday, and her identity was confirmed as Alka, the wife of Ramakant, the following day.
The Etah police disclosed that Alka’s murder was orchestrated by her daughter in collaboration with a hired killer. Ramakant, upon identifying his wife’s body at the Etah mortuary, reported that she had gone to Etah to attend a court hearing on Saturday and had not returned home by late evening. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact her, he learned the next day that a body had been found in a millet field, which turned out to be Alka's.
According to the police, the body of an unidentified woman was discovered on the morning of October 6, prompting an investigation that led to the identification of Alka Devi. Ramakant subsequently filed a murder complaint against two individuals, Akhilesh and Aniket, from his own village.
Additional details emerged from Additional Superintendent of Police Rajkumar Singh, revealing that Alka had a romantic involvement with a man named Subhash, who had recently been released from prison after serving time for rape. Meanwhile, Alka’s daughter was also involved in a relationship that was causing her distress. Together, they devised a plan to kill Alka, offering ₹50,000 to the hired killer.
The hired killer initially lured the daughter into a romantic relationship and provided her with a mobile phone for communication. As part of their plan, Alka lured her daughter to her maternal grandparents' home and called Subhash to meet her. Alka instructed the hired killer to murder her daughter on the court date while returning to Etah.
As they communicated, the hired killer fell in love with Alka’s daughter and revealed the mother’s plot to her. Upon learning of the plan, Alka’s cunning daughter accepted the killer’s proposal of love and decided to eliminate her mother. Subsequently, the hired killer fabricated photographs that made it seem as if Alka’s daughter had died.
When Alka did not pay the assassination fee for several days, Subhash took the daughter to Agra and summoned Alka there as well. Upon Alka's arrival, he falsely claimed that he had not harmed her daughter. The trio then returned to Etah, where they visited the Ramleela fair before getting off at Ali Ganj. They then traveled by an unknown vehicle to a location near the village of Nagla Chandan Puranjala in the Jasarathpur police jurisdiction, where they killed Alka and abandoned her body in the millet field.
The police have arrested the minor daughter and her new lover in connection with the case.
