After yet another encounter in the naxal bastion of Aboojhmad in Narayanpur of Chhattisgarh, IG Bastar P Sunderraj says, “Today in the jungles of Abujhmad at Narayanpur Kanker border area, an encounter broke out between the Naxals and DRG Narayanpur and STF team. Encounter is underway. As per the information received, the bodies of seven Maoists including 2 women have been recovered.
A huge quantity of weapons and ammunition including one AK 47 recovered from the encounter site…Search is underway…”.
Besides the bodies of 7 Naxlaites including 2 women, the security forces have also recovered huge quantity of weapons and ammunition including one AK 47 from the encounter site.
This is yet another major strike on the Naxls as the security forces are determined to enter the naxal forte and establish the writ of the state.
