Prominent businessman and philanthropist passes away, condolences pour in
Prominent Chhattisgarh social worker and businessman, Mr. Lalchand Agarwal, passed away on Tuesday night at the age of 88. He had been battling age-related illnesses for some time and took his last breath at home.
The late Lalchand Agarwal was the father of Yugbodh Agarwal and Atmabodh Agarwal, and the grandfather of Priyanshu, Nikhil, Satyarth, and Prabodh. His funeral procession will begin on Wednesday, November 6, at 3:30 PM from his residence in DD Nagar and proceed to the Marwari cremation ground.
In addition to his business ventures, Mr. Agarwal was known for his social contributions. He founded Yugbodh Prakashan, Navbodh Prakashan, and Prabodh & Company, leaving behind a legacy of community service and dedication.
