In Uttar Pradesh, preparations are underway at Ayodhya‘s Ram Temple ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s visit to Ayodhya. PM will perform darshan and pooja at Ram Mandir and hold a roadshow in Ayodhya.
Ayodhya has been decked up with flowers, and the barricades have been placed on the road that goes straight to Ram Mandir.
As per official schedule, PM Modi is to address a public meeting at Etawah around 2: 45 pm on Sunday, followed by another meeting at Dhaurahra at 4: 45 pm. At 7 pm, he will perform darshan and pooja at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, followed by a roadshow.
Speaking on PM Modi’s visit and roadshow in Ayodhya today, Chief Priest of Ram Janmabhoomi temple, Acharya Satyendra Das says, “… This is the first time that he (PM Modi) is coming after the Pran Pratishtha… He will do Darshan first and then there will be a roadshow till Lata Chowk. Saints and Mahants of Ayodhya will also accompany him…”
