Nuclear engineering student crowned Miss America 2023, heres more

Grace Stanke, a nuclear engineering student at UW-Madison College of Engineering  but also clean energy advocate, has been crowned Miss America 2023.

Stanke is a 20-year-old from Wausau, Wisconsin, who grew up competing in scholarship-based pageants.

She is also advocate for clean energy sources.

She won the $50,000 cash scholarship that went with the title.
