During a power cut at an event in Arwal on 3rd November, Bihar Minister and RJD leader Tej Pratap Yadav interestingly said,”…The program was going on, and everyone gave their speeches. But there was no power cut. Now, when I came to address you there was a power cut”.
“This is not your fault. This is a ploy by the opponents…”, he added despite the fact that it is his party which is in power in the state of Bihar.
The power cuts occurred during an event where he was distributing appointment letters to teachers. The event however continued with mobile flashlights.
