Speaking to media in Bandipore of Jammu and Kashmir, the National Conference Vice President and former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah asked the administration to clarify why the internet is being shutdown in South Kashmir near Pulwama.
He said, “What is the reason, especially in South Kashmir near Pulwama, where orders to shut down the internet were released last evening. It has been 8–9 years since I left the governance… There must be some reason, but we don’t know it. It would be good if people were explained why the internet is being shut down…But they would like to know why their internet is being shut down”.
