As many as 12 people received injuries after a speeding car collided with a total of 6 vehicles parked at the toll plaza in the Bandra direction. The speeding car was coming from Worli towards Bandra. At least three of the injured are in serious condition, as per Mumbai Police.
A case has been registered against the car driver, Mohammed Sarfaraz Shaikh under section 304 (2) of IPC.
This after three people including two women died in the accident and 6 people were injured, out of which two are in critical condition, confirmed Mumbai Police.
