Man caught roaming with severed head of woman, on road in broad daylight, police intervenes

In a heinous and scary crime, a man severed wife’s head and roamed about on road in broad daylight in Barabanki. The man is said to be the husband who suspected wife of love affair elsewhere and thus committed the criminal act.

Quite a number of onlookers stood still to ascertain if the man really is carrying a woman’s severed head and roaming around on road.

The video was captured by some bystander and it soon went viral on internet. The man has been identified as one Anil and the victim woman has been identified as Vandana. The man eventually was headed for the police station but on the tip off from the locals who had spotted him on road, the police rushed to arrest him.

The incident is said to be of Basara village in Fatehpur police station limits. Barabanki SP Dinesh Kumar Singh has confirmed that one Anil killed his wife upon suspecting her to be involed elsewhere and the accused man roamed about on road with the severed head of wife.He has been arrested and legal process is now under process, the SP said.
