A case of abduction involving a young man on a train has emerged in Chhattisgarh. Gulshan Kewat was reportedly kidnapped by a group of thugs. His older brother, Jai Shree Kewat, has released a video appealing for help from the Chhattisgarh government.

According to his brother, both were traveling from Bilaspur to Haridwar when Gulshan was forcibly taken by the assailants at Meerut railway station. Despite the incident occurring four days ago, the railway police have yet to take action.

Virendra Dubey tweeted that a complaint about the abduction was filed with the railway police, but four days have passed with no progress—no recovery of the young man, no action taken, and no FIR filed. He expressed frustration that neither the railway police nor the Uttar Pradesh police seem concerned about the situation. “Has law and order ended in Uttar Pradesh?” he questioned, highlighting the audacity of the kidnapping in broad daylight while both state police forces remain unresponsive.
