Major Reshuffle in Police Department: Lal Ummed Singh Appointed as Raipur SP, Korea SP Also Transferred
Raipur: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the state government has made major changes in the police department. Lal Ummed Singh has been appointed as the Superintendent of Police (SP) for the state capital, Raipur.
The current Raipur SP, Santosh Singh, has been transferred to the Police Headquarters as Assistant Inspector General of Police. Additionally, SP Korea, IPS officer Suraj Singh Parihar, has been shifted to the 14th Battalion in Balod.
In another key appointment, IPS officer Ravi Kurre has been designated as the new SP of Korea. Furthermore, State Police Service officer Harish Rathore has been assigned the role of SP, CM Security.
These changes mark a major reorganization within the police department, aiming to strengthen administrative efficiency and law enforcement across the state.
