A major fire erupted in stubble storage house of Firozpur raising concerns on the impact this would have on the environment and agriculture.
The fire incident took place late on Saturday night in an open storage house built by a private company in Kari Kalan village.
It need be mentioned that stubble burning causes tremendous pollution and is blamed for very poor air quality of Delhi.
All measures to curb air pollution thus far have proven to be ineffective.
