Raipur: If anyone was instrumental in making Lord Ram the divine figure he is, it was Mother Kaikeyi, said Dr. Ashok Chaturvedi (disciple of Bhadracharya Ji Maharaj) during a Diwali gathering organized by the Sarayupareen Brahmin Sabha in Chhattisgarh. Dr. Chaturvedi emphasized that, without Kaikeyi, Lord Ram may not have achieved his divine form. He added that while Tulsidas is celebrated as the author of the Ramayana, it was actually composed at the behest of Lord Hanuman.

Launch of Sarayupareen Brahmin Community Website

On this occasion, Brahmachari Dr. Indubhavanand Maharaj from Shankaracharya Ashram inaugurated the official website of the Sarayupareen Brahmin Society, noting that selfless service to society according to Dharma brings dignity and respect to the community. Former minister Satyanarayan Sharma also praised the Brahmin community, stating it uniquely promotes the welfare of all and upholds unity. MLA Purandhar Mishra echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the community’s distinguished reputation.

Dr. Suresh Shukla, President of the Sarayupareen Brahmin Society, highlighted that the new website will serve as a hub of information about the community, also listing eligible brides and grooms to facilitate connections for marriage arrangements within the community.

Celebrations and Community Wishes

The event concluded with MP Brijmohan Agrawal extending Diwali greetings and wishing prosperity to all attendees. The gathering saw the presence of esteemed members such as Rajesh Tiwari, Secretary of the All India Congress Committee, and several distinguished personalities from the community, including DS Paroha, Arun Dubey, Ajay Tiwari, Mitresh Dubey, and many others, with over 500 members in attendance.
