Husband killed for objecting to wife’s social media activity, police probe begins

In Begusarai of Bihar, a husband allegedly got killed because he was typically objecting to his wife making short videos for social media.

The allegation is that the husband, who worked in Kolkata, was visiting his wife at the home of in laws but then some dispute broke out when he objected to short video making by wife.

It is then, as per allegation, that the wife conspired with family to kill husband, who has been identified as Maheshwar Kumar Ray, of Narhan village in Samastipur district.

The victim’s family allege that Maheshwar was strangulated and then hanged to make it look like a suicide. Police has taken the body into custody and begun probe.
