Veteran Hollywood actor and producer Michael Douglas released a video message to say, “… I have been honoured to receive the Satyajit Ray Excellence in Film Lifetime Achievement Award at the (54th) International Film Festival Goa. So Cathy and I are going to be coming there… Looking forward to seeing you in November. All of you have a wonderful day.”
This after the Indian Union Minister Anurag Thakur announced that renowned Hollywood star Michael Douglas will be honoured with the Satyajit Ray Lifetime Achievement Award at the International Film Festival of India in Goa.
Michael Douglas has done some of the most memorable films at the peak of his career, all of which went on to claim massive box officer success. Among the top flicks Michael Douglas worked in includes Fatal Attraction, Basic Instinct, Game, A Perfect Murder.
