Hamburg Airport in Germany continues to remain shut as the hostage situation on the tarmac remains unresolved. Police negotiating with the gunman who is said to be with a child. Traffic closed around the airport and special forces move in for their services might be required.
According to some sources, a gunman entered tarmac with his car at the Hamburg Airport in and he then fired in the air and sets fire around before parking his car underneath an aircraft.
This forced the airport authorities to suspend takeoff and landings.It is revealed that more than two dozen flights have thus far gotten affected.
The cause for actions of the man that broke into the Hamburg airport and had the four-year-child in the car could be the dispute over the child custody, DPA news agency said, citing a local police spokesman.
