German women took to dance floor dancing with enviable energy to the Indian movie RRRs very popular number “Naatu Naatu”. The women performing made it clear that they had been practising for some time.
The performance was to celebrate the German National Day hosted by the embassy here in Delhi.
With Union Minister Meenakshi Lekhi and MM Keeravani, who composed music for the Oscar winning action drama, in audience, the women impressed one and all and won widespread appreciation, even from Indian social media.
The German Embassy in India later pitched in to offer some explanation.
“”People” is our wonderful dance squad from the Embassy. After two sessions of refreshing steps earlier this week, we were very excited to bring a bit of the energy on the floor again and to have the honor to dance in MM Keeravani’s presence!“.
