As many as four were killed while several others got injured in a blast at a soap factory in Meerut. Police force in large number along with rescue team is on site to provide relief to the injured.
The blast took place in Lohiyanagar area of Meerut and the entire building has now collapsed due to the impact. Some of the buildings in the vicinity also got impacted due to the blast.
Preliminary reports suggest that dozen labourers were dug out of the debris and were rushed to the hospital.An investigation has been launched into what caused the blast in the soap factory.
