Four dead as truck hits tractor full of devotees
On Monday morning, a truck collided with a tractor in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh. In this severe road accident, four Kanwariyas riding on the tractor were killed, and more than 12 people were seriously injured. After the incident, local residents, with the help of the police, admitted all the injured to the hospital for treatment. Two of the injured have been referred to Gwalior.
According to the police, the Kanwariyas from Deori village, which falls under the Civil Line Police Station area, were travelling in a tractor from Khadiyahar village to the Ganga Ghat Soron in Uttar Pradesh on National Highway 44. Near Deori village, a speeding truck hit them from behind. Upon receiving information about the incident, the police arrived at the scene.
