Former Chhattisgarh Home Minister's wife passes away, had been under treatment
Kamla Devi Sahu, the wife of former Chhattisgarh Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu, passed away at 12:00 AM on Sunday night while receiving treatment at a private hospital in Raipur. She was 72 years old and had been battling illness for a long time. Her sudden demise has brought sorrow to the Sahu family, well-wishers, and political circles.
It is reported that her health had recently started to deteriorate again, leading to her demise. Kamla Devi Sahu leaves behind three sons and a daughter. Her eldest son, Jitendra Sahu, stated that her mortal remains would be taken to their native village, Pauwara, in Durg district on Monday, where her last rites will be held at 2:00 PM.
