नई दिल्ली। FIR against Satyendra Jain: दिल्ली सरकार के PWD मंत्री रहे सत्येंद्र जैन की मुसीबतें कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं। सरकार में रहने के बावजूद वो ज्यादातर समय तिहाड़ जेल में गुजार चुके हैं। आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता जैन के खिलाफ दिल्ली की एंट्री करप्शन ब्यूरो (ACB) ने 7 करोड़ के रिश्वत मामले में एफआईआर दर्ज की है। ये मामला 571 करोड़ रुपए में खरीदी गई सीसीटीवी प्रोजेक्ट में कथित धांधली को लेकर है।
FIR against Satyendra Jain: आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार के दौरान दिल्ली की सभी 70 विधानसभाओं में कुल 1.4 लाख सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगाने को लेकर 571 करोड़ रुपये के प्रोजेक्ट को मंजूरी मिली थी। इस प्रोजेक्ट का ठेका भारत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स लिमिटेड को दिया गया था। इस प्रोजेक्ट के दौरान सीसीटीवी लगाने में हुई देरी की वजह से कंपनी पर 16 करोड़ का जुर्माना लगाया गया था। इसी मामले में आरोप है कि तत्कालीन पीडब्ल्यूडी मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन ने कथित तौर पर 7 करोड़ रुपए की रिश्वत लेकर जुर्माना माफ किया था।
