Extra layer of security checks, at airports, after threat video went viral

After a video went viral where SFJ chief Gurpatwant Singh Pannun threatened Air India, the Indian government has now tightened the security checks, especially in the flights taking off from Delhi and Punjab.

It is learnt that the passengers boarding the Air India flight from Delhi and Punjab will be made to go through secondary ladder point check. The decision has been taken after the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security reviewed the threat level to the airliner passengers.
