Efforts intensify to ease traffic congestion, in Raipur

Raipur: Following the directives of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and under the guidance of Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh, efforts are underway to reduce traffic congestion on key routes in the capital.
The initiative aims to provide relief to residents from frequent traffic jams. For commuters traveling between Vidhan Sabha, Saddu, Shankar Nagar, and Khamhardih, the ongoing construction of new roads through Shiv Nagar and Shri Ram Nagar is set to provide significant relief.
This development will ease traffic pressure at critical points such as the Shankar Nagar Turning Point and Khamhardih routes.
Key Benefits of the Project:
The new roads will offer an alternative route for over 10,000 people, significantly reducing traffic on existing roads.
Commuters will be able to travel seamlessly between Vidhan Sabha and Khamhardih, bypassing usual traffic bottlenecks.
The construction of these roads ensures smoother connectivity and easier access for residents.
Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh has held review meetings with officials to streamline traffic flow and ensure the timely completion of the project.
This initiative is expected to enhance commuting experiences and provide lasting relief from traffic woes in Raipur.
