A CCTV footage from the Mangli Bazaar area in Gaurela has emerged, capturing a distressing scene that will upset any animal lover. The video shows a dog curled up outside a house, seeking shelter from the rain and cold. During this time, a young man carrying a heavy stick walks by and begins to beat the dog with it. The attacker brutally assaulted the dog until it was unconscious.
When the homeowner heard the commotion and came outside, he saw the young man attacking the dog with the stick. The homeowner objected, and the attacker fled the scene. Ashutosh Mishra, the homeowner, has filed a complaint with the Gaurela police station.
Gaurela Police Station Chief, Shanipe Ratre, stated, "The case of beating the dog to death has come to light. The CCTV footage shows the young man mercilessly beating the dog with a stick. The accused, Mohisan Khan, has been charged under Section 325 of the Indian Penal Code based on Ashutosh Mishra's complaint. The investigation is ongoing."
