Overall Air Quality Index (AQI) in Delhi stands at 322, in the ‘Very Poor’ category as per SAFAR-India.
The Met agencies are of the view that relief from this poor air quality is unlikely till end of this month.
The air quality continues to deteriorate despite the action plan to counter this is being implemented.
While Delhi, Noida and Gurugram are in the grip of poor air quality, the Delhi administration is insisting that only CNG buses be allowed from neighbouring states like Haryana or Uttar Pradesh.
