Congress MP Manickam Tagore writes to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla over BJP MP Nishikant Dubey's remarks in Lok Sabha yesterday.
"The remarks by Nishikant Dubey are derogatory and imputing false and damaging motives and casting aspersions on the Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, Chairperson of Congress Parliamentary Party and Member of Rajya Sabha Sonia Gandhi...It is therefore, requested that the remarks be immeditaley expunged/taken off from the proceedings of Lok Sabha," reads the letter.
