Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai is on a two-day visit to Delhi, from where he will travel to Mumbai today to attend the oath-taking ceremony of Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.Fadnavis is set to be sworn in as Maharashtra’s Chief Minister for the third time.Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao and Home Minister Vijay Sharma will also accompany CM Sai at the ceremony.

Itinerary Details

Departure: CM Sai will leave for Mumbai from Delhi at 11 AM on Thursday.

Return: He is scheduled to return to Raipur on Friday.

Meeting with Union Home Minister

Before heading to Mumbai, CM Sai held a meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah late Wednesday night. During the discussion, CM Sai briefed Shah about the state’s ongoing anti-Naxal operations.

Deputy CM Arun Sao and Home Minister Vijay Sharma were also present at the meeting. The visit underscores Chhattisgarh’s active participation in national events and the government’s focus on collaboration for key developmental and security initiatives.
