Chhattisgarh Congress calls for statewide Bandh, on Saturday, Chamber of Commerce yet to decide
Even as Chhattisgarh Congress has called for a statewide bandh on Saturday, September 21, in response to the deteriorating law and order situation and the recent incident in Kawardha, the Chamber of Commerce is yet to take a decision on supporting it. Earlier today, PCC Chief Deepak Baij requested a meeting with Governor Ramen Deka.
Baij has urged via a letter to Amar Parwani, the President of the Chamber of Commerce, seeking support. Parwani confirmed receiving the letter and stated that a decision will be made during the executive meeting scheduled for 4 PM today.
