Chhattisgarh CM

Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh: On his visit to Dhamtari, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai made significant announcements, fulfilling the demands of the youth and initiating various development projects.

CM Sai distributed land ownership cards (Swamitva Cards) and laid the foundation stone for development works worth over Rs 2 billion. His visit also marked the launch of key initiatives aimed at improving education and infrastructure in the region.

Addressing the gathering, CM Sai highlighted that over 9,000 beneficiaries in Dhamtari would receive their land ownership rights, under the Swamitva Scheme, launched as a special initiative by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The scheme aims to empower rural citizens by providing them with legal ownership of their properties. On this occasion, the Chief Minister distributed symbolic ownership cards to 16 beneficiaries, with the rest to be distributed through respective gram panchayats and tehsils.

Key Announcements and Development Projects

During his visit, CM Vishnu Deo Sai made several important announcements to benefit the youth of Dhamtari. One of the major decisions was to provide free books for competitive exam preparation at the Nalanda Complex. Additionally, youth from the district will receive free coaching to help them prepare for various exams.

These initiatives aim to support the aspirations of young people and help them achieve success in their careers. Further, the CM announced the construction of a new college building at Kandela College, which will greatly benefit law students in the area. The construction of new buildings at the Government College in Dhamtari, including a dedicated law department, was also approved.

Speaking about the land ownership scheme, CM Sai said, “Under the Swamitva Scheme, more than 9,000 beneficiaries in Dhamtari will receive their rightful ownership records. This is a historic move, and I congratulate all the beneficiaries. The Swamitva cards, with unique QR codes and ULIPs, will make it easier for people to access and verify their ownership anytime, anywhere. The Government has completed all promises made under Prime Minister Modi's vision, ensuring that the benefits reach every individual.”

Land Ownership Cards: Empowering Rural Citizens

The Swamitva Cards are designed to provide rural populations with legal recognition of their properties. Each land plot is assigned a unique ULIP (Unique Land Parcel Identification) number, and the QR code on the ownership records will allow beneficiaries to easily access and print their documents. This will prevent any need for rural residents to visit government offices to acquire these vital documents, thus protecting their land rights.

“Through the distribution of 9,402 land ownership records, we are ensuring the protection and promotion of land rights for the rural population. The distribution will continue through gram panchayats and tehsils,” CM Sai explained.

Development in Dhamtari: A Vision for Progress

CM Sai also inaugurated and laid the foundation for development projects worth Rs 268 crore in Dhamtari. These projects are expected to accelerate the pace of development in the district and contribute to the overall growth of the region. “This is a historic day for Dhamtari as we lay the foundation for a brighter future.

With the implementation of Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme, we are ensuring that every poor family gets a permanent home. Farmers are receiving fair prices for their produce, and the entire district will benefit from these developmental initiatives,” he said.

Action on PSC Scam and Welfare Initiatives

During his visit, CM Sai also addressed concerns about the ongoing action in the PSC (Public Service Commission) scam, which has affected many youths in the state. He assured the public that strict action was being taken against those involved in the scam and that justice would be served to protect the interests of the youth. Under the Prime Minister’s Janman Scheme, special focus is being placed on the welfare of the backward tribal communities. CM Sai reiterated that the government was working in line with the vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” (Together with all, development for all) as envisioned by Prime Minister Modi.

CM's Message to the People of Dhamtari

Wrapping up his visit, CM Vishnu Deo Sai addressed the people of Dhamtari, saying, "Our government has completed one year of good governance. With this, Dhamtari will experience accelerated development. The youth, along with others, will benefit from the policies and programs we are implementing. I assure you that our government will continue to work tirelessly for the progress of the region.” The Chief Minister’s visit to Dhamtari marks an important step in fulfilling the government's commitment to developing the region, empowering the youth, and improving the living standards of rural citizens.
