रायपुर . छत्तीसगढ़ के दो IAS को एडिशनल सेक्रेटरी इम्पैनल किया गया है। फिलहाल दोनों अफसर अभी केंद्र में ही प्रतिनिय़ुक्ति पर हैं। सुबोध कुमार और निहारिका बारिक केंद्र में एडिश्नल सिकरेट्री प्रमोट हुए है। दोनों अधिकारी 1997 बैच के हैं ।
