In Chhattisgarh, the demand for the establishment of a Sanatan Board has intensified. Hindu organizations staged a protest at Moti Bagh Chowk in Raipur and subsequently submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai advocating for the board's formation.

On Tuesday, Hindu groups, including the Sarva Hindu Samaj, Bajrang Dal, and Vishwa Hindu Parishad, participated in a statewide demonstration in the capital. The protest also saw the involvement of various saints and spiritual leaders from across the state. Following the demonstration, representatives from these organizations collectively submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister, urging for the establishment of the Sanatan Board.

During the protest, Ghanshyam Chaudhary, the provincial coordinator of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, expressed concerns over the contamination of prasad with animal fat at Hindu religious sites, stating that such acts have incited anger within the Hindu community nationwide. He emphasized the need for strict punishment for those responsible for such actions and argued that the management of Hindu temples should be handed over to the Hindu community, as the current governance has led to these issues.

Acharya Mohan Maharaj of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad reiterated that the adulteration of prasad at the Tirupati Balaji temple was unacceptable and called for the liberation of all government-managed temples to the Sanatan Board to prevent such incidents in the future.

Sadhvi Soumya added that they gathered to protest against the disrespect shown to the prasad of Lord Tirupati Balaji, demanding that not only the temples in Chhattisgarh but across India be handed over to Sanatanis and that a Sanatan Board be established.

Saints and officials from various organizations united in their call for the formation of the Sanatan Board, leaving it to be seen how the government will respond to these demands from Hindu organizations.
