Bus overturns, many Home Guards sustain injuries, first visuals emerge

In Madhya Pradesh, several Home Guard jawans and police personnel were injured when the bus they were travelling in collided with a truck and overturned on a highway near Betul earlier today. The security personnel were returning from Chhindwara after poll duty for Lok Sabha election first phase voting.

It is learnt that there were a total of 39 security personnel travelling but as many as 21 have sustained injuries. The mishap took place within the Kotwali police station limits of Betul on National Highway 47 near Nipani.

Sources claimed that the security personnel were headed to Rajgarh after electoral duty in Chhindwara.
