Bilaspur’s young mountaineer, Nisha Yadav, is set to embark on her journey to conquer Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro, thanks to financial assistance from Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudeo Sai. The CM personally called Nisha to assure her of full support, emphasizing the state government’s commitment to fulfilling the dreams of every daughter in Chhattisgarh.

Nisha received an unexpected call from the Chief Minister’s Office, which left her overwhelmed. CM Sai reassured her, saying:

"Do not worry about expenses. Focus on your goal. It is our responsibility to support every daughter's dream in Chhattisgarh."

Nisha, initially in disbelief, expressed her gratitude and shared her excitement about fulfilling her long-held aspiration of hoisting the national flag on Kilimanjaro.

Nisha’s Journey and Aspirations

During their conversation, Nisha detailed her experiences climbing Mount Elbrus, Europe’s highest peak, and the challenges she faced during that expedition. She described the pride and thrill of reaching a mountain summit and hoisting the tricolor flag.

Nisha’s ultimate goal is to scale Mount Everest and hoist the national flag on the world’s highest peak. She shared the emotional struggles she endured due to her family’s financial constraints, which made the ₹3.45 lakh Kilimanjaro expedition fee seem unattainable.
