Bajaj Auto has launched the world’s firs

Bajaj Auto has launched the world’s first CNG Motorcycle 'Bajaj Freedom 125' at Pune facility. It is learnt that Bajaj Freedom 125 will be a proper commuter motorcycle with notably slim proportions. Its engine capacity likely does not exceed 125cc.

The bike is expected in multiple variants including the one donning a simpler bodywork to make it appear slightly rugged. Bajaj has also posted another teaser that shows a switch on the Freedom to shift from petrol to CNG. The previously leaked blueprints revealed that the Freedom will get a conventional fuel tank with the CNG cylinder placed beneath. 

The affordable version of the Bajaj Freedom could come with drum brakes at both ends. The bike could be priced in Rs. 90,000 to INR 95K range for the top model.

The bike features a single seat.
