Avoid non-essential travel, stay near bomb shelters, Indian embassy advises own nationals in Israel
The Indian Embassy in Tel Aviv has issued an advisory urging Indian nationals in Israel to avoid non-essential travel in light of recent missile attacks by Iran. The advisory recommends citizens remain alert and follow the guidelines provided by Israeli authorities. It also emphasizes staying near safety shelters and advises against traveling unless absolutely necessary.
The embassy reassured Indian nationals that it is in constant contact with Israeli authorities to ensure their safety. Emergency contact numbers were provided: +972-547520711, +972-543278392. The missile strikes were in retaliation for the recent assassination of key figures, according to Iran's IRGC. Israel has since announced that it is safe for civilians to leave their shelters.
