Poll bound C’garh, Priyanka Gandhi to visit Bhilai on Sept 21, Congress chief expected later this month

In poll bound Chhattisgarh, even as ruling Congress is struggling with finalizing its list of candidates, the senior party leaders are continuing to visit to the state where the party has most chance to make a comeback.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today confirmed that party leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will visit Bhilai this Sept 21 while Congress chief Kharge is expected in the state by Sept 28.

Priyanka Gandhi’s visit to Bhilai is likely to boost the prospects in all of the local legislative segments of Durg district. It is from this district that CM, other cabinet Ministers and prominent MLAs also belong.
