Israeli diplomat and former ambassador to India, Daniel Carmon, revealed an interesting fact on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday.
He claimed that it was on September 17 of 1950, when Narendra Modi was born, is also the day when India formally recognized country of Israel.
The Israeli establishment is especially fond of Narendra Modi as they see him as the bold Indian leader who expressed his friendship towards Israel openly and not trying to keep it under wraps like previous governments due to domestic compulsions or retaliation from Arab world.
PM Modi became the first Prime Minister to visit both Israel and Palestine on two different trips signaling that both are independent relationship and one does not depend on other.
