Poll bound C’garh, Akhilesh Yadav to visit state, hold workers’ conference, mixed signals from ‘opposition alliance’

In poll bound Chhattisgarh, amid the Congress and BJP in tussle to form government, the Uttar Pradesh based Samajwadi Party is also likely to test its fortunes or so it seems.

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav is now scheduled to visit Chhattisgarh on 25th September and address a public meeting in Raipur. He will also hold state-level workers’ conference and participate in some other programs.

Besides Samajwadi Party, BSP has its influence in pockets of the state while AAP is the latest strong entrant to the poll bound state vying for votes and influence.
