A land dispute gone ugly in Kaushambi of Uttar Pradesh when three of a family were shot dead which left the rurals agitated and they set on fire multiple houses in the locality.
The case is of Harraipur within Sandeepan Ghat police station limits where a father, daughter and her husband were shot dead due to a long pending land dispute. It emerged that this left the locals fuming who then set out to burn multiple houses in the locality.
The details of the case are still unclear. But the local administration has rushed in the police forces to control the situation. Police deployment has calmed the situation to a large extent but it is not known if the culprits of the triple murder have been identified and apprehended or not.
