In poll bound Chhattisgarh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting the Raigarh district where he will stage a roadshow and address a public meeting at Kodatarai. State BJP leaders visited the site of public meeting to oversee the last minute preparations.
As per local administration, the Prime Minister Air Force airplane would land at the Jindal airport at around 4 pm whereafter he would take a helicopter to the Kodatarai airstrip. It is here that PM Modi would be dedicating to the public and also laying foundation stone of multiple developmental projects.
Among the major railway projects to be dedicated for public use includes 50 kms third railway track between Pendra Road and Anooppur and third railway track measuring 98 kms between Champa and Jamga. he rail projects will provide impetus to socioeconomic development by facilitating movement of passengers as well as freight traffic in the region.
He would also be laying foundation stone for as many as nine of the critical care blocks in nine of the Chhattisgarh districts. The 50-bedded facilities will be instituted in Durg, Raigarh, Kondagaon, Rajnandgaon and Gariaband besides Jashpur, Surajpur, Surguja and Bastar. These facilities would come up under the Prime Minister’s Ayushman Bharat Health Infra Mission.
The Prime Minister would be visiting Chhattisgarh’s Bilaspur on Sept 28 at the conclusion of two Parivartan Yatras there. This implies that in poll bound Chhattisgarh, Prime Minister is to visit twice in a matter of month.
