Police in Unnao of Uttar Pradesh were alerted about a dead body of a man which led to the probe as to why he was murdered. Police soon figured that the man worked in Mumbai and originally hailed from Harada village.
They came to know that the man was having an affair with a married woman living in Dwarika Nath Kheda within Maurawa police station limits. For some reason, the police said, the man came about from Mumbai to meet the woman alone but was spotted by the woman’s family.
They attacked him with sharp-edged weapons and mostly on head thereby killing him on the spot after which the dumped the body outside of the village, police revealed of the crime as found in their probe.
Police has taken custody of the body and began probe while also awaiting the post mortem report.
