A leave application from a constable goes viral as it is pure emotion and anxiety on display though it could have been put in a more refined manner.
The police constable from Farrukhabad in Uttar Pradesh writes to his superior that he has been informed by his father of girl’s family approaching for marriage. He goes on to mention how not many girls are not interested in marrying someone working with police department and adds that his marriageable age is fast coming to an end.
Thus, a five leave must be granted so that this marriage relation is finalized at the earliest, he writes. Well the superior officer wasnt left with too many options on this one and thus he granted the constable leave for five days.
But the manner in which the constable has conveyed his situation and his anxiety is interesting to many and thus the letter went viral.
