In poll bound Chhattisgarh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah released on behalf of his party, aarop patr (chargesheet) against the Congress government in state.
Targeting the government on host of issues including corruption, religious conversion and broken promises, he said that BJP needs to be brought back to power to bring the state back on path to development.
He also demanded to know why the state is not heading towards the liquor ban which had begun in phases by the previous Dr Raman Singh led government. He alleged that this government instead began door to door delivery of liquor just to extract from the people of Chhattisgarh.
The saffron party also released a title song pledging to defeat this government in the coming election with the votes from masses and showcased a movie on the wrongdoings of this government.
It is clear that war of words has only begun between the two main parties in the poll bound Chhattisgarh.
