High Court ruling disqualifies political leader as Parliamentarian, know more

Karnataka High Court has invalidated the Lok Sabha membership of JDS MP Prajwal Revanna, saying that he had filed a false affidavit to the Election Commission in the 2019 general election.

Ruling over a petition filed by Prajwal’s main rival, A Manju, the High Court has observed that the election is invalid. With this ruling, JDS Supremo is the last man standing as Rajya Sabha member.
