Rahul Gandhi seeks NOC for fresh passport, order likely today

Delhi Rouse Avenue Court to hear today the plea seeking issuance of a fresh passport. A verdict is likely today by one o clock.

Gandhi had surrendered his diplomatic passport after disqualification as an Member of Parliament.

However, the BJP leader Subramanian Swamy, also the complainant in the National Herald case, has opposed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s recent plea for a no objection certificate (NOC) to obtain a fresh ordinary passport valid for ten years.
